What does healthy agriculture mean to us? What role does diversity play in this? And how can we as a winery react to climate change? We would like to discuss these and other questions with you during a walk through the vineyards. During the tour you will learn about the history of the winery, get an insight into biodynamics and the farm organism and visit our wine cellar. Afterwards, there will be a tasting of our three ranges at the Vineria Paradeis.

In our winery, agriculture and gastronomy are closely linked. For the dishes in our Vineria Paradeis, we mainly use produce from our own vegetable garden GrandOrto and meat from the farm's own animals as well as products from organic or biodynamic certified local partners. We invite you to take a walk through our farm organism and show you the places where the products that we use in our Vineria Paradeis come from. At lunch, we will bring together vino and orto. The chefs create the menu for you, based on the products that the farm organism currently has to offer. The sommeliers will match the wines and guide you through the tasting.

We would like to share with you the history of the winery and take a look into the future. During a walk through the vineyards and a tour of the wine cellar, we introduce you to our philosophy and explain our thoughts on a healthy and sustainable agriculture of the future. "History and Future" is also the focus of the tasting, which takes place after the tour and gives you the possibility to compare old and new vintages.
