The goal is to create a powerful expression of the individuality of each estate, with a focus on the vintner as the mediator for the forces and cycles of nature. The Alois Lageder winery in Alto Adige comprises fifty hectares of the family's own vineyards, which are managed on the basis of biodynamic principles. Our holistic approach is reflected in our wine-growing activities, our long-standing relationships with numerous grape growers and our ambition to create awareness for an agriculture that is in tune with nature.
Visitors are invited to discover our wines and their history and enjoy the quality and variety of our products. Our philosophy is also reflected in the seven principles applied in our organic-certified restaurant: simple, light, fresh, local, seasonal, minimal-meat and biodynamic/organic.
