LAGREIN Rosé

It is our goal to maintain the Alto Adige wine-making tradition of producing Lagrein Rosé, also known as Lagrein Kretzer, and move it forward into the future. The old name “Kretzer” derives from a German word for a large strainer that was used to drain off the grape juice. Because the skins of the berries are so rich in color and tannins, these grapes are lightly pressed at once to ensure a light color for the wine.
